Rhaea Larson

Rhaea Larson, MBA, has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries. They started their career as a Research Assistant and Venue Coordinator at the University of Alberta's Augustana Campus from January 2016 to August 2018. After that, they worked as an Office Administrator at Granify from September 2018 to August 2019.

In 2019, Rhaea joined RWI Synthetics as a Business Operations Coordinator from August 2019 to December 2020. They then took on the role of Operations and Communications Lead at the same company from December 2020 to March 2022.

Following their time at RWI Synthetics, Rhaea gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. They first held this position from May 2022 to June 2022 and then again from May 2023 to June 2023.

Most recently, Rhaea joined Critical Mass as an Operations Specialist in July 2022. With their strong background in operations, communications, and teaching, Rhaea Larson brings a valuable skill set to any organization.

Rhaea Larson earned a Bachelor of Management degree with Distinction in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of Alberta, from 2013 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Alberta from 2020 to 2022.
