Sagar Mandal

Sagar Mandal has a diverse work experience in technology leadership roles. Sagar first worked at Tata Consultancy Services from 2004 to 2018, where they held positions such as Technology Lead and Tech Lead/Solution Architect/Senior AEM Developer/Administrator. During this time, they worked on various projects including responsive website support and maintenance, system upgrades, and online/batch enterprise customer relationship management systems. Sagar also worked as a Tech Lead/Senior Developer/Developer for an US Auto Manufacturing Company and an US Auto Finance Company. Their responsibilities included working on Java/J2EE, Struts, EJB, DB2, and Spring based systems, managing builds remotely, and monitoring the EDI system. In 2018, Sagar joined Critical Mass as a Technology Director and later became the Senior Technology Director. In this role, they led website enhancement projects for major automobile brands in the US and Canada and on-boarded and mentored new team members.

Sagar Mandal has a strong educational background in computer technology and science. Sagar completed their M.Tech degree in Computer Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Technology from Kalyani Govt. Engineering College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sagar has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Sagar acquired certifications such as AD5-E113 Adobe Experience Manager Architect Master (Cloud Service) and AD5-E112 Adobe Experience Manager Developer (Cloud Service) from Adobe in September and August 2020, respectively. Sagar also obtained the certification of Adobe Professional – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Business Practitioner in August 2020. Furthermore, Sagar obtained the certification of AEM 6 Architect (9A0-385) in November 2017, and AEM 6 Developer (9A0-384) in January 2017, both from Adobe. Prior to that, they earned the TOGAF 9 certification from The Open Group in May 2016, and the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2015.
