Chief Talent Officer at Critical Mass

Sara Anhorn has over 21 years of experience in various roles at Critical Mass. Sara started in the company as a Senior Project Manager in 2000 and later became a Program Director in 2004. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Vice President of Global Business Operations. In 2010, they took on the role of Vice President of People, where they led the Human Resources and Employee Experience Groups. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Operations and then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Project Management in 2018. Sara was promoted to Senior Vice President of Talent in 2018 and later became the Executive Vice President of Talent in 2019. Currently, Sara is the Chief Talent Officer at Critical Mass, a position they have held since December 2020. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in project management, people development, and digital marketing.

Sara Anhorn started their education in 1996 at the University of Alberta. Sara graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree, majoring in History and minoring in Political Science. In 2008, they attended Babson College for a brief period of time, although the specific degree and field of study they pursued at this institution are unknown.
