Víctor Carvajal Fallas

Víctor Carvajal Fallas has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Víctor currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Critical Mass, where they are responsible for leading and coordinating the recruiting department in Costa Rica and Colombia. Víctor oversees the team's open requisitions, creates and reviews job descriptions, and works closely with client managers, project managers, and directors to meet hiring needs. Víctor specializes in recruiting IT and digital profiles such as developers, designers, data scientists, and project managers.

Prior to their current role, Víctor worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Critical Mass, where they performed similar responsibilities in recruiting and leading the team. Before joining Critical Mass, Víctor held the position of IT Recruitment Team Lead at OTSI - Object Technology Solutions Inc., where they led and coordinated the recruiting department in Costa Rica. Víctor worked closely with the corporate sales team and operations, conducted market studies, and gathered hiring manager's requirements. Víctor also served as an IT Recruiter at OTSI.

Earlier in their career, Víctor worked at Convergys, where they held various roles in talent acquisition. Víctor started as a Customer Service Agent and eventually transitioned to roles such as Program Ready Trainer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist. At Convergys, Víctor was responsible for creating and updating local recruiting reports, conducting initial screening interviews, and coordinating appointments with candidates.
