Steph Massoud

Steph Massoud has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career as a Programming and Live Production Intern at Purchase Television in 2009. In 2011, they worked as a Video Production Learning Assistant and later as a Video Production Assistant at NYS Higher Education Services Corporation. They also held roles as an Interactive Media Designer and Web Design Manager at Purchase College during the same time. In 2012, Steph worked as a Digital Media and Marketing Intern at The Artists Organization and as a Specialist at Apple. They also served as a Digital Media Designer at The Stashbox during this time. From 2014 to 2016, Steph worked as a Product Support Manager at Critical Media. They then joined Critical Mention in 2016 and held roles as a Program Manager and currently as the Director of Program Management, Application Development and Quality Assurance.

Steph Massoud obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media from Purchase College, SUNY, between the years 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Arts degree in Individual Studies from Hudson Valley Community College from 2007 to 2009. In 2013, Steph attended the School of Visual Arts, although specific degree and field of study information is not provided. Additionally, Steph obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master in April 2016 from the Scrum Alliance.
