Cole Ayasse

Cole Ayasse, Ph.D., is a Clinical Outcome Assessment Scientist at the Critical Path Institute (C-Path) since June 2023, focused on developing and evaluating patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and clinical outcome assessments (COAs) to support drug development. Previously, Ayasse served as an Associate Scientist at OPEN Health Evidence & Access, leading projects on COAs and PROs, and training junior staff. Academic experience includes a postdoctoral research role at Brandeis University and NYU School of Medicine, where research centered on cochlear implants, and an extensive background in cognitive neuroscience and psychology, culminating in a Ph.D. from Brandeis University. Ayasse has contributed to various research projects across disease areas such as neurology and oncology and has a track record of successfully managing teams and mentoring students.
