John Schroeder

John Schroeder, PMP has extensive work experience in project management in the construction industry. John started their career at dlb associates consulting engineers p.c. in 2007, where they served as a Project Manager. In this role, they managed and provided oversight for various construction projects, including equipment upgrades and ground-up data center builds worth up to $300 million. John also handled coordination, planning, and cost control for multiple contractors and acted as the liaison between the engineering office, facility managers, contractors, and consultants. Additionally, they were responsible for creating Request for Proposals.

In 2020, John joined Critical Project Services as the Owner's Representative, where they successfully served until 2022. During their time there, they obtained the role of Project Director and led the at-risk construction of a ground-up data center in Milan, Italy. The first phase of capacity for the data center was commissioned and turned over in just 38 weeks.

Currently, John holds the position of Managing Director UK/EMEAA at Critical Project Services.

John Schroeder, PMP has a Master's degree in Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In addition to their educational background, John has obtained several certifications including being a Licensed Real Estate Agent from the National Association of REALTORS® in 2014 and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2010. John also holds certifications from OSHA, including an OSHA 10 Hour certification and an OSHA 30 Hour certification, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
