Zaid Arzate

Zaid Arzate is an experienced project manager with a proven track record in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Swinerton since March 2023, Zaid previously held the same position at Telios Construction Management, LLC from January 2019 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Construction Administration Project Engineer at Telios - MEP Engineering and Technology Design from September 2014 to December 2018, as well as serving as a Graduate Engineer at Encotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. from June 2012 to September 2014. Zaid began the professional journey as a Student Technician at the University of Texas at Austin - ITS Facilities Design from June 2011 to June 2012. Zaid earned a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completing studies in 2012.
