Khoa Nguyen

Khoa Nguyen is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in logistics and fulfillment. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Critical Role since May 2021, Khoa previously held the position of Director of Logistics and Operations at Shyn from October 2018 to April 2021. Notably, during tenure at Loot Crate from March 2013 to June 2018, Khoa scaled operations significantly, increasing monthly shipping from 60,000 to over 600,000 parcels and expanding the product line offerings. Khoa also established standard operating procedures across various operational functions. Khoa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Jose State University, earned in 2008, along with a high school diploma from Mountain View High School obtained in 2004.
