Susana Santos

Susana Santos is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Happiness & Engagement Manager at Critical Software since January 2019, a position that follows a role in talent attraction and recruitment. Previously, Susana held the position of Talent Manager at Critical TechWorks and iTGROW - Software e Sistemas, ACE, and also gained experience as an Executive Externo at Santander Bank, managing new student communications. Early career roles included a Human Resources Intern at DoubleTree by Hilton and involvement in university governance through the Universidade de Coimbra. Susana’s leadership experience includes serving as President of NEPCESS/AAC and holding various positions at ANEP.
