Julie Harding

Julie Harding has extensive experience in human resources, leadership, and organizational transformation across various high-profile roles. Currently serving as a Board Mentor at Criticaleye since February 2018, Julie has previously held significant positions such as Non-Executive Director at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability and Independent Director of Culture Transformation at the House of Commons. Notably, Julie worked as HR Director at The Co-operative Bank plc, driving a comprehensive culture change program and managing people risk during a critical business turnaround. Prior to this, Julie held leadership roles in HSBC, including Global Head of HR Transformation and HR Director for both UK and Brazil operations, contributing to major HR initiatives and compliance with corporate standards. Julie holds a degree in Applied Sciences, Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney.
