Najoua Serghine is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Critizr. Najoua has also held the position of Global Customer Success Director at OVHcloud and Director, Customer Success Lead at Salesforce. Najoua has over thirteen years of experience in customer success and project management.

Najoua’s experience in customer success began in 2008 when they became a Salesforce Senior Project Manager at Capgemini. In this role, Najoua was responsible for managing projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Najoua was with Capgemini for seven years before moving to Salesforce in 2015.

At Salesforce, Najoua was promoted to Director, Customer Success Lead. In this role, Najoua was responsible for leading the customer success team and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Najoua was with Salesforce for five years before moving to their current role at Critizr.

In their current role as Vice President of Customer Success at Critizr, Najoua is responsible for defining, driving, and building a brand new customer success strategy and organization. Najoua is passionate about customer success and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.

Najoua Serghine has a Master's in Optimization & Decision-making support from University of Avignon and Pays de Vaucluse, a Master 1 in Computer Science and Optimization from University of Birmingham, and a D.U.T in Computer Science and Management from University of Toulouse-le-Mirail (Toulouse II). Najoua is certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and Salesforce Administrator. Additionally, Najoua has an Oracle On Demand certification from Oracle.
