Sebastien Riolo

Sebastien Riolo, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sebastien currently holds the position of Head of Success UK at Goodays (ex-Critizr). Prior to this, they worked as a Client Partner at NICE Ltd, where they focused on enterprise solutions. Sebastien also has a background in business management consultancy, having run their own consultancy firm where they provided objective advice to small and medium-size organizations. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Vidéotron, Fido Solutions, Rogers Communications, Microcell Inc., and Astral Photo Images, where they gained experience in operations, project management, communication, and training. Sebastien consistently demonstrates their ability to lead large-scale projects, improve operational efficiency, and deliver positive business outcomes.

Sebastien Riolo, PMP, has an extensive education history. Sebastien first attended Lycée Fustel de Coulanges from 1987 to 1990, where they studied sciences and obtained a diploma in 1990. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Communication at Université de Montréal from 1991 to 1994.

In 2003, Sebastien enrolled in HEC Montréal and completed a certificate program in Management, which lasted until 2006. This further expanded their knowledge and skills in the field.

In addition to their academic background, Sebastien has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2010, they achieved the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. This certification validates their expertise in project management. Sebastien also completed the NPS2 Certified Associate program offered by Satmetrix in February 2016. More recently, in February 2019, they attended the Net Promoter Masterclass conducted by Owen CX Group Inc., further enhancing their skills in customer experience and loyalty.
