Murali Jetti currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Cisco, leading the ANZ CX organization to enhance customer success and drive profitable growth. Since May 2023, Murali has also been an Advisory Board Member at CRMIT Solutions. Prior experience includes a tenure at Salesforce from May 2015 to March 2023, where Murali held the position of Senior Vice President for Customer Success in the APAC region, focusing on customer retention and growth. Earlier roles at Salesforce include Vice President for the APAC region and Head of Services, managing service profitability and strategic vision. Murali’s career began at Hewlett Packard as Consulting Manager and Principal Consultant. Murali holds an MBA Executive from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UNSW.
