Manali Patil

Manali Patil has a work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Manali started as a Team Lead at S2 Infotech Pvt Ltd, where they completed an MBA in HR and gained 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment, focusing on IT recruitment. Manali then moved on to Clover Infotech in 2016 as an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are working at CRMNEXT, starting in 2019 as an Assistant Manager in HR and recently promoted to the role of Manager in People and Development.

Manali Patil obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from PTVA's Sathaye College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources at the Marathwada Mitra Mandals Institute of Management Education Research and Training in Deccan Gymkhana, near Gokhale Road, Pune, from 2009 to 2011.
