Ozge Cep

Ozge Cep is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the People and Development Manager at Soho House & Co since September 2021, Ozge previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Divan from November 2019 to September 2021. Prior roles include Organizational Development Unit Manager at Unifree Duty Free, a subsidiary of Gebr. Heinemann, from March 2013 to June 2019, and Human Resources Specialist at ATU Duty Free from March 2010 to March 2013. Ozge began the professional journey as a Tax Intern at Grant Thornton Türkiye in June 2008. Education was received at Istanbul Bilgi University.
