Tisha Christensen

Tisha Christensen has over 25 years of work experience. Tisha currently serves as the Head of Finance Operations & Employee Success at CRMNEXT since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor/FP&A at Work Sandy starting in July 2019. Tisha also had a role in Synoptek as a FP&A from January 2015 until April 2021. From May 2010 to January 2015, Tisha was the Mission Operations Manager at Rocket Science Consulting, where they also held the position of Director of Finance & Operations. Before that, they worked at PA Sound Design as an Operations Manager from May 2008 to May 2010. Tisha's work experience also includes a role as a Director/Operations Manager, Fitness Specialist at The Hills Fitness Center from January 2004 to March 2008, where they managed various responsibilities including marketing, sales, staff management, and group exercise coordination. Tisha began their career at Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector as an Organization & Recruiting Manager, Engineer from May 1996 to November 2003.

Tisha Christensen graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in High Performance Teams Masterclass with Marcus Buckingham from WOBI.
