Mladen Subotic

Mladen Subotic is an experienced sales leader with a solid background in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at CROC since April 2019, Mladen has previously held prominent roles at SAP CIS, including Senior Sales Director for High Tech & Telecoms and Regional Sales Director for the Telco Industry and Mobility Solutions. Mladen has a proven track record of establishing successful sales teams, generating significant revenue growth, and managing major contracts with leading telecom companies in Russia and the CIS region. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at JSC "SITRONICS," where Mladen focused on partnerships, alliances, and technical support within the telecom industry. Mladen holds an MBA in Telecom from the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS and a degree from the Moscow Technical University of Telecommunications & Informatics.
