Jill McGrory

Jill McGrory has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Jill is currently the HR Director Western Europe at Croda since 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Human Resources Director at Scapa from 2015 to 2021 and the role of UK HR Manager at Scapa from 2011 to 2015. Jill also gained project management experience when they traveled the world and managed a volunteers scheme at an animal refuge from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at Princes Limited, a Regional HR Officer at Trinity Mirror Group PLC, an HR Advisor at Northern Foods, and an HR Graduate Trainee at Georgia-Pacific LLC.

Jill McGrory completed their education at the University of Central Lancashire from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a 2:1 Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Jill then pursued a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Salford, from 2001 to 2005, also earning a 2:1.
