Business Transformation Director at Croda

Kate Pellegrina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kate started their career at United Biscuits as a Warehouse Manager, MRP Controller, and Supply Planner from September 2000 to August 2002. Kate then moved to Northern Foods as a Planning Manager from October 2002 to September 2006. After that, they joined Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Senior Consultant from September 2006 to August 2011. Following their time at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Kate worked at Wilkinson as a Commercial Accountant from October 2011 to December 2012. Kate then joined Croda as the Director of Management Accounting from January 2013 to January 2016. After that, they served as the Head of Global Data Analytics at Croda from February 2016 to March 2019. Subsequently, Kate took on the role of Supply Chain Programme Director at Croda from April 2019 to November 2021. Currently, they are working at Croda as the Business Transformation Director starting from November 2021.

Kate Pellegrina attended the University of Warwick from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Computing & Business Studies. Kate also holds additional certifications as a Qualified Management Accountant (ACMA), with prizes in Performance Evaluation P01 and Financial Strategy P09.
