Louise Millard-Paton began their work experience at Press Association Sport in 2003 as a Saturday Live Sports Assistant. In 2004, they joined Psyma International as an International Research Assistant, where they assisted in coordinating international market research projects. Louise then moved on to SuperBreak in 2006, starting as a Web Content Executive and progressing to the role of Online Marketing Executive. In these positions, they focused on online acquisition channels and worked on SEO, PPC, and display advertising. In 2013, they became the Content Marketing Manager at SuperBreak, responsible for customer acquisition through digital channels and managing the Digital Content Team. Louise later joined Super Break as an Online Marketing Manager, a role they held from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Croda as the Head of Digital Marketing, where they build and manages a Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence (DM CoE) and oversees global digital marketing talent.
Louise Millard-Paton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in German and Marketing from the University of Hull, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. In 2009, they received a Diploma in CIM e-Marketing Award from Cambridge Marketing College. Additionally, they obtained certifications in DCM Fundamentals and DoubleClick Search Fundamentals from DoubleClick in 2016.
