Christina Kozera

Christina Kozera is a dedicated People & Culture Associate at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation since August 2021, with a strong background in human resources and payroll management. Previously, Christina served as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting a short-staffed department and temporarily handling recruitment and onboarding processes. Christina has also worked as a Payroll Specialist at ITV America, managing payroll for over 500 employees, and as a Payroll Coordinator at NBC Sports Group, responsible for the payment of approximately 1,000 engineers. Additional experience includes administrative support roles in the insurance and PR sectors, and a leadership role as Co-Chair for the Fordham University Breast Cancer Committee. Christina holds a BA in Communications and Media Studies and Sociology from Fordham University.
