Michael Elkow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations in the non-profit sector. Michael began their career at the American Diabetes Association as an Executive Vice President and spent nine years in the role. Michael then joined the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and served as the Chapter President for the Mid-Jersey Chapter, successfully increasing its income. Afterward, Elkow took on the role of Chapter President for the NJ Metro Chapter, where they merged two chapters and contributed to the Society's reorganization efforts. Michael later became the Regional Executive Vice President, leading the organization's largest region and implementing fundraising initiatives. Elkow then joined the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation as the Region Specialist before assuming the position of Executive Vice President, Chapter Growth & Development. In this role, they aligned multiple chapters with the national strategic direction, managed a field team, and drove fundraising success. Currently, Elkow serves as the Chief Field Officer of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, continuing to enhance fund raising results and increase chapter income.
Michael Elkow attended Lycoming College from 1979 to 1983 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
