Sara Sweeney

Sara Sweeney possesses a robust background in healthcare and biotechnology, currently serving as the Manager of SPARC IBD at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation since September 2020, following a role as Senior Coordinator at the same organization. Prior to this position, Sara worked as a Laboratory and Materials Coordinator at Krystal Biotech, Inc., and gained valuable clinical research experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Sara's career began at the University of Pittsburgh as a Participant Outreach Coordinator for the Infant Communication Lab. Sara holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Duquesne University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
