Hugues Bouchard

Hugues Bouchard is an experienced senior director with a strong background in strategic planning, project portfolio management, and IT transformation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Alignment and Project Portfolio at Croix Bleue du Québec since April 2022, Hugues previously held multiple senior director roles at Videotron from September 2010 to December 2021, focusing on financial management, project and portfolio management, and continuous improvement of IT. Hugues also led IT planning and architecture at Cogeco Cable and managed the Project Management Office at Fido Mobile. Academic credentials include a M.Sc.A. in Solid State Physics and a B. Ing in Engineering Physics, both from Polytechnique Montréal.
