Brian Conlon has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Brian started their career as a Senior Electronic Engineer at IBM Dublin, where they led a team of technicians and ensured testing procedures and shipping deadlines were met. Later, they worked as a Civil Servant at the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform before transitioning into the architectural field. Brian worked as an Architectural Technician at Dunloe Ewart plc, Anthony Reddy Associates, and as a self-employed Architect. In these roles, they managed projects, conducted site surveying, and dealt with planning departments and contractors. Brian also gained experience as a Fund Accountant at BNP Paribas, calculating net asset values and working with clients. Most recently, they have been employed at Croke Park, initially as a Project Manager and later moving up to the positions of Stadium Facilities & Project Manager and Head of Stadium Operations & Projects. In this role, they have overseen various projects, managed contractors, and organized events.

Brian Conlon has a diverse education history. In 1999, they completed a BA in Engineering Electronics at the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a BA in Architecture - Interior Architecture & Design from Griffith College Dublin in 2007. Finally, in 2011, Brian completed a Certificate in International Investment Fund Services at the University College Dublin.
