Phoebe Slevin

Phoebe Slevin has extensive experience in various roles within Croke Park, starting as a Receptionist and progressing to Accounts Payable, where responsibilities included managing the full spectrum of accounts payable functions and overseeing the Matchday Cash Office. As an Events Executive, Phoebe collaborated with the operations team to successfully execute all stadium events, including GAA matches and concerts, holding the position of Match Day Event Control Coordinator. Prior to joining Croke Park, Phoebe worked at Croke Park Stadium in commercial events as a Catering Event Manager and Christmas Party Coordinator, focusing on premium catering management for match days and events. Earlier career experience includes serving as General Manager at Judge Roy Beans, managing daily operations, staff hiring, and training. Additionally, education was completed at New York University.
