Andrea Mitterling

Andrea Mitterling is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resources, employee communications, and organizational development. Currently serving as Teamlead HRBP at Croma-Pharma since October 2019, Andrea advises country managers on HR matters, develops and implements HR regulations, manages employee development agendas, and promotes a positive corporate culture. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at IQVIA from September 2008 to July 2019, where responsibilities included talent and performance management, leadership development, and the development of sales capabilities. Andrea holds a Magistra degree in Business Education & Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
