Raluca Dreghiciu

Raluca Dreghiciu has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Corporate Sales Representative at Vodafone Romania. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Medical Representative at A&D Pharma. Raluca then joined CROMA-PHARMA in 2008, where they started as a Medical Representative/Product Manager until 2012. Later on, they became the Head of Marketing Operations, a position they hold since January 2013.

Raluca Dreghiciu completed their education in a chronological order. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign languages and business. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2006, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management, although the institution where they obtained this degree is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Raluca Dreghiciu has obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they received a certification as a Technician Nutritionist from the Ministerul Muncii. Furthermore, in May 2005, they obtained the Assistant Professor (English Language) certification from Babes-Bolyai University.

More recently, in 2020, Raluca Dreghiciu achieved multiple life coaching certifications. In April 2020, they obtained an Emotional Intelligence Life Coach Certification, followed by an Employee Performance Coach Certification in May 2020. In the same month, they acquired a Cognitive Behavioral Life Coach Certification, and in June 2020, they obtained a Transformation Life Coach Certification. All of these certifications were completed at the Transformation Academy.
