Kunal Gujare

Kunal Gujare is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting HRMS projects. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Technology at Croma since February 2023, Kunal oversees the Oracle Cloud HRMS Project and utilizes Oracle Analytical Tools for data management and reporting. Prior to this role, Kunal held positions as Project Lead and Senior Functional Consultant at Adrenalin eSystems Ltd from October 2018 to January 2023, and as a Senior Implementation Consultant at ZingHR from November 2016 to October 2018. Kunal's career began as a Senior Operations Executive at Sterling Information Resources India Pvt Ltd and as an Operations Team Member at Reliance Infostreams Pvt Ltd. Kunal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
