Ranu Patel

Ranu Patel is a Salesforce Delivery Manager at Croma since October 2023, responsible for the overall technology delivery of Field Service tech products, including service center and technician management, vendor billing, and service plan management, while overseeing project timelines and production releases. Previously, Ranu served as a Senior Software Engineer at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from October 2019 to September 2023, leading Servicemax projects and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Ranu's experience also includes a role as a Salesforce Developer at Johnson Controls India from December 2017 to July 2019, where work involved the integration of ServiceMax with ERP systems, and as a Software Engineer at Bit Order Technologies from July 2016 to July 2017. Ranu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed 12th grade in Mathematics at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Hoshangabad.
