Sudhansu Misra

Sudhansu Misra has extensive experience in Human Resources, holding various leadership roles in prominent companies. Sudhansu is currently the CHRO of Infiniti Retail Ltd at Croma. Previously, they served as the Executive Vice President and CHRO at Tata Coffee, where they were responsible for the people function, international operations, and business excellence. Prior to that, Sudhansu led talent management, leadership development, and learning initiatives at Tata Motors as the Sr. GM Corp HR. Sudhansu also served as the Associate Director HR at IBM, where they focused on optimizing the workforce for the GTS business in India/South Asia. Sudhansu's earlier experiences include positions at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd and Mahindra, where they were involved in talent management and workforce planning for the respective organizations' R&D divisions.

Sudhansu Misra has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Nagpur University. Sudhansu also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Youth Development from the Indian Institute of Youth Welfare. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Berhampur University. Sudhansu Misra completed their high school education at Brundavan Vidyapeeth, Hinjilicut.
