Flávio Andrade

Flávio Andrade has diverse work experience in finance and administration. From April 2023 to the present, they have been working as the Head of Finance at Cromai. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Finance and HR from January 2022 to April 2023. From December 2020 to August 2022, Flávio Andrade worked as the Finance & People Lead at Cromai, where they were in charge of managing the administrative, financial, and HR departments. Furthermore, they were responsible for planning and developing internal processes and structuring the budgeting procedures for the company. Starting in December 2019, Flávio Andrade was an Analyst in Finance at Cromai, responsible for accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, cash flow reconciliation, and liaising with the accounting team.

Before joining Cromai, Flávio Andrade completed a Financial Analyst Internship at ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solution from August 2019 to December 2019. In this role, they handled purchase order billing, accounts receivable control, and managed late payments from major clients.

In 2018, Flávio Andrade gained valuable experience as an intern at Cemig - Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais. Flávio worked as a Reliability and Planning intern, where they were involved in creating spreadsheets for control, budgeting, and diagnostics. Additionally, they developed maintenance indicators and utilized tools such as Excel and Power BI to create risk maps and dashboards.

Flávio Andrade's education history begins in 2011, when they enrolled at Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais. Flávio pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering during their time there, which lasted until 2018. In 2019, Flávio Andrade moved on to PUC Minas, where they undertook a degree in Business Administration, completing it in 2020. The following year, they pursued a Post-Graduation in Analytics & Business Intelligence, which they completed in 2021, still at PUC Minas. Currently, Flávio Andrade is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Business Management at Universidade São Judas Tadeu, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
