Thomas Desaubliaux

Thomas Desaubliaux has extensive experience in project management and organizational transformation, currently serving as DIRECTEUR DE PROJET ORGANISATION / PMO at Cromology SAS since September 2017. In this role, Thomas coordinates cross-functional projects including legal entity rationalization, alignment of finance and HR processes, and implementation of Group RSE strategy. Prior to this, Thomas held various leadership positions, including DSI at CROMOLOGY IT where responsibilities included reorganizing the IT department, defining the IT business plan, and optimizing ERP platforms. Thomas's career also includes roles in financial control and project management across multiple companies, beginning in 1992. Thomas holds multiple degrees from Université Paris Cité and London Guildhall University.
