Anurag Singh Jadon

Anurag Singh Jadon currently serves as NPD Coordinator and Subject Matter Expert for SMT processes at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since April 2023, specializing in optimizing electronic manufacturing and managing new product development for fans. Prior to this position, Anurag held the role of Plant Head and CRM at Kandela Innovations Pvt Ltd from June 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading plant operations and improving productivity. Anurag's experience also encompasses significant roles at Bajaj Electricals Ltd as Production Head and Assistant General Manager, overseeing production planning and operations management, as well as serving as Factory Manager and Senior Coordinating Officer at Surya Roshni, with prior experience as Production Assistant Manager. Anurag holds a Master of Technology in Advanced Production Systems from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by an education from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
