Neha Jain is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional HR Head for North at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since July 2023, Neha previously held the position of Unit HR Head at Max Healthcare from September 2017 to June 2023, overseeing HR functions for Max@Home and Max Lab. Prior roles include Head HR & Admin at Ishana, HR Manager & Business Partner at Exxon Mobil, Assistant Manager - Human Resource at Kuoni Business Travel India Pvt Ltd, and HR Executive at Saffron Global Ltd. Neha holds an Advanced Human Resource Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from the Institute for Integrated Learning in Management, and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.
