Helen Nisbet

Helen Nisbet is the CEO & Artistic Director of Cromwell Place since August 2023. Prior to this, she was the Artistic Director of Art Night from October 2018 to August 2023, where she curated several festivals nationally. She also co-founded Hi Barbara and worked as a Curatorial Fellow at Cubitt Gallery. Additionally, Helen has experience as a Founder/Organiser of Shetland Night in London, a Senior Curator at UP Projects, a Head Curator at Open Source, a Commissions Curator at the Arts Council Collection, and a Commissions and Projects Manager at the Contemporary Art Society. She also worked as a Curatorial Researcher at Creative Time. Helen holds a Master of Arts (hons) in History of Art from the University of Glasgow.
