Roxanne Ewing

Roxanne Ewing has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Cromwell Property Group since August 2009. In addition to this role, Roxanne has held positions such as Head of Corporate Operations, Head of People & Culture for Asia-Pacific, and HR Manager, contributing significantly to the organization's focus on superior long-term property and investment performance. Prior to Cromwell, Roxanne worked as an HR Advisor at Cardno, where responsibilities included developing and executing group-wide HR programs. Roxanne holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Practice from the University of New England and relevant certifications in workplace health and safety and rehabilitation coordination.
