Véronique Medcalf

Véronique Medcalf is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as the Head of People for Europe at Cromwell Property Group since August 2016. Medcalf is a key member of the executive team, overseeing the People & Culture initiatives for over 200 staff across multiple European jurisdictions and Singapore, with a focus on talent management, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Prior roles include Talent Manager at Hootsuite Media Inc., Head of HR at Seatwave, and HR Director for Kurt Salmon, among others. In addition to corporate roles, Medcalf contributes as a part-time antenatal teacher for NCT Charity, preparing expectant parents for the transition to parenthood. Educational qualifications include degrees in Translation and Public & International Affairs, as well as a diploma in Antenatal Education.
