Alana Skinner has over 10 years of work experience in customer service roles. Alana began their career in 2009 as a Senior Cashier at Alea Casino, where they were responsible for ensuring full compliance with UK Gaming Laws, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, Government and European Legislation and the Data Protection Act. In 2013, they took on the role of Experienced Cashier at Asp, where they were responsible for protecting the company's licenses and assets through the monitoring and maintenance of records. In 2014, they moved to The Money Shop as a Customer Support Representative, where they followed and adapted to a changing business environment while adhering to the Data Protection Act. In 2015, they joined UNiDAYS as a Customer Support Executive and Customer Support Specialist, where they acted as the voice of the Support team by collaborating with the Engineering/Data teams and identifying inefficiencies in process/software. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Cronofy as a Support Agent.

Alana Skinner received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Derby Online Learning between 2011 and 2018.
