Tal Bar

Tal Bar is an accomplished engineering and maintenance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Currently serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Cronos Israel since July 2019, Tal has previously held positions including Maintenance Manager at Unipharm Ltd. and Production Maintenance Team Leader at Dexcel Pharma, where responsibilities included leading maintenance teams and developing preventive maintenance plans. Earlier roles included engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard, focusing on mechanical design and experimental testing, and serving as an HR Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, which provided foundational management skills. Tal holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained in 2013.
