Askim Kintziger

Askim Kintziger is a Business Manager DE&I and CSR at De Cronos Groep, where they are responsible for implementing a strategy for DE&I and CSR. Additionally, they are the Founder of Meraki, a not-for-profit organization focusing on education and work opportunities for refugees. Askim also works as a Keynote speaker & guest lecturer on topics such as social innovation, diversity & inclusion, and sustainability. They are also a Member of various organizations such as the Diversity Managers Association Belgium and board member of Mpact and Vzw Tout Bien. Askim has a background in Orthopedagogics and has undertaken further education in Sustainable Marketing, Communication and Reporting, as well as Innovative Change management.
