Francis Devolder

Francis Devolder has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Francis began their career in 1991 at De Cronos Groep, where they worked as an Application Development Consultant. Francis was involved in various projects, including the development of a Customer Support Service System for Oracle Belgium and a Database Management System for Clinical Drug Testing Result Tracking for MSD Merck Sharp & Dohme.

In 1992, Francis served in the Belgian Armed Forces as a Milicien for a brief period. Francis then returned to Cronos in different roles, such as an Application Development Consultant, Sales Consultant, and later as a Marketing & Sales Manager.

Francis co-founded Xplore in 1997 and served as the Managing Partner until 2007. Francis then merged Xplore with other Java-related subsidiaries in the Cronos Group to form Xplore Group. Francis continued to contribute as a Managing Partner and Co-founder until 2009.

In 2016, Francis co-founded comark.be, a company specializing in marketing automation, behavioral marketing, and personalized communication. Francis served as a Co-founder and played a role in business development.

From 2010 to 2018, they joined Cronos as a Business Coach, supporting the growth and development of technology professionals. Francis also expanded their expertise to collaborate with creative professionals and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

In 2018, Francis joined Faros as a Customer Relations Manager and Business Coach, focusing on developing new business units and maintaining client relationships.

Currently, Francis is employed at Keleos, where they hold the position of Operations - Sales - Marketing. Francis'sresponsibilities include maintaining and expanding customer relationships, developing new business and service domains, and managing partnerships with research centers, universities, and technology partners.

Francis Devolder's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Erasmushogeschool Brussel where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Information Technology. Francis completed this degree in 1991. In 2003, Francis took part in a leadership training program at Krauthammer. That same year, they also became certified as a Silverpop Professional. Lastly, they pursued further leadership training at Krauthammer België in 2003.
