Jocelijn Geurts has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2003, they started their career at Fortis Lease Group Services, where they held roles as a Project Officer, Change Manager, and Business Support Officer until 2008. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at ING Lease as a Manager of Business Process Support and Business Process Analyst.

In 2013, Jocelijn joined Syneton, where they initially served as a Customer Facilitator, supporting customers in their digital transformation. Later, they became the Operations Manager, responsible for development and customer service. Their role involved ensuring high-quality products and services for customers, implementing new procedures, and improving processes. Jocelijn remained at Syneton until 2020.
