Ralph then worked at Capgemini FSSBU as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they joined ING as an Account Manager for Capgemini, where they focused on improving the services provided to internal ING business customers. In 2010, they joined Accenture as a Senior Manager before moving to Sogeti in 2011.
