Jonatas De Lacerda

Jonatas De Lacerda has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Jonatas began their career as a Visa Consultant for UKBA in 2008. In 2010, they were a Retail Sales Associate for Starboard Cruise Services, where they gained experience in customer service and working with different demographics. In 2016, they worked as an Accomodation Manager and Assistant Project Manager for Olympic Broadcasting Services, managing departments and overseeing operations. Jonatas then moved to Val Rio Flats in 2017, where they were a Project Manager dealing with international and national guests. In 2018, they became an Inside Sales Manager for Crooked Monkey, acting as a liaison between the client and the company. Currently, they are a Consultant for Foreigners in Brazil, working remotely and assisting clients with their needs.

Jonatas De Lacerda has been involved in various educational experiences. In 2019, they began taking courses at CodeAcademy. From 2004 to 2006, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management at Rinaldo De Lamare. From 2000 to 2005, they earned a Master of Arts - MA in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Wizard by Pearson. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Project Management Certification from Udemy in April 2020, a Crowd Management & Crises Management and Human Behaviour certification from MSC Cruises in December 2014, a Proficiency Security Awareness certification from Royal Caribbean International in December 2013, and a Personnel Nominated To Assist in Emergency Situation (PAID) certification from Royal Caribbean International in March 2010.
