Kevin Boeckenstedt

Kevin Boeckenstedt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and claims processing. Currently serving as Special Projects Manager at Crop Risk Services since February 2010, Kevin focuses on leveraging technology to enhance claims processing and improve customer experiences. Previously, Kevin held roles including Claims Tech Support Lead, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between IT and Claims departments, and Database Administrator. Prior to joining Crop Risk Services, Kevin worked at UPS for over a decade as a Senior Technician, handling hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Lincoln Christian University.
