Kaushik Ghosh

Kaushik Ghosh has a diverse work experience in design and innovation roles. Kaushik is currently the Director of Product Design at Cropin. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Design at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre. Kaushik also worked as a Principal Design Director and Research Scientist at Conduent, and as a Principal Design Innovation at Honeywell. Kaushik has held positions at Cisco as a Sr. Design Leader, at Crayon Data as a Sr. Consultant, at Intuit as an Interaction Design & Innovation Group Lead, at IMRB International as a Research Consultant, at Capgemini as a Senior Lead Consultant, and at Gridstone Research Inc. as a User Experience Architect.

Kaushik Ghosh completed a Strategic Management for Business Excellence degree at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Design degree in Communication Design from the National Institute of Design from 1991-1997. Kaushik also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus in 2018-2019. Additionally, they have certifications in Design Thinking for Business Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2015 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from the EMERITUS Institute of Management in 2019.
