Chrystelle Belougne

Chrystelle Belougne has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Chrystelle currently holds the position of Head Of Business Unit Industry Fruit at Crop's since August 2021. Prior to joining Crop's, they worked at Symrise AG as the Global Category Director Sweet & Beverages from April 2017 to July 2021. Before that, they served as the Commercial Director Europe, Middle East and Africa at FRUTAROM from September 2011 to April 2017. From March 2006 to September 2011, they worked as the Sales Manager Europe, Africa, M.E. at A.M. TODD Company, where they were responsible for business development and sales of flavors, mint oils, and aroma chemicals. From August 2000 to March 2006, Chrystelle worked as the Sales Manager Ingredients and Flavors Northern Europe at Sensient Technologies Corporation, managing accounts in the dairy, confectionery, bakery, and beverages markets. Chrystelle also had additional roles at Sensient Technologies Corporation, including Sales Manager Sweet and Dairy France from August 2002 to August 2003, and Senior Account Manager Sweet Dairy France from June 2000 to August 2002. Chrystelle began their career at Lactalis as a Global Project & Product Manager Dairy Ingredients from August 1997 to August 2000.

Chrystelle Belougne's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Ensmac, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Food Science and Nutrition. From 1989 to 1991, they also pursued studies in Environmental Science at Université Bordeaux I. In 1993, Chrystelle attended University Bordeaux I again and completed their first year of a postgraduate degree in Human Nutrition, specifically earning a DEA Nutrition degree. In 2015, they briefly attended FB Institut Paris to study Management.
