Victoria K. is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Crosfields School since July 2022, Victoria previously held the position of Recruitment and HR Manager at Blue Array SEO from June 2019 to July 2022, managing all HR and recruitment activities independently. Prior roles include significant positions at Salus Wealth Management, Management Performance Ltd, where Victoria served in both Recruitment and HR Manager capacities and HR and Operations, as well as consultancy and senior management roles in learning and development at various organizations. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of West London and a Bachelor's degree in Drama with Psychology and Law from the University of Northampton.
